I never knew property agents can be NICE and HELPFUL based on my few bad experiences in the past. (except a previous landlord in Soho we had!) They responded and help us in every detail and issues we have so far and i hoped this will continue and well done you all, Indy, Rocky and Alison! In London this doesn't happen alot.
