I engaged with Frank who works at Naylius MCKenzie when I was looking to rent an apartment in London. While I reached out to him for one apartment I found online, he made sure to understand my personal requirements and patiently showed me more suitable apartments. He was prompt in responding to all my queries and worked with the landlord quickly to close the deal. He also took care of all additional requirements I had. The process was extremely smooth, easy and transparent. Frank helps me with any questions I have even after moving in! Very professional yet friendly and pleasant experience working with these guys!

I thought Josephine was great. Have been dealing with a lot of estate agents recently, she did stand out. I felt she knew her stuff, is sensible and was very well organised. My solicitor was also impressed with her actually. Also, just a nice and very helpful person.

Brilliant estate agents! Frank and Josephine have been wonderful over the past 2yrs we've rented through Naylius McKenzie, and we'd definitely stay with them if we weren't leaving the area. At all times they've made the process easy and very reasonably priced - no fuss or silly fees, and they've always been on hand when we've needed to get in touch. Wish there were more estate agents like these guys!

Have let out my flat through them for 20 years. The director, Josephine Craven, is an absolutely wonderful woman, whom I trust completely. I first met her when I bought my flat through her back in 1997. Compared notes with the seller afterwards, and we both thought she had done a superb job - which is probably unheard of. Have worked with her ever since, and am very satisfied.
