I've got a fairly unusual (and therefore hard to find the right tenant for) contemporary flat and Space Station found fantastic tenants at a great rent, incredibly quickly. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, really understood my priorities and requirements, gave good sensible advice, and follow-up communication has been clear, calm and friendly.

I bought my property through The Space Station 8 years ago and when it came time to put it up to let I decided to go back to them. Russell is wonderfully honest and understanding and gives realistic and pragmatic advice which I really appreciated. The rest of the team at The Space Station are also very helpful and quick to respond. They managed to find me a new tenant quickly which was brilliant given that the country was in lockdown. Very happy with the team and their service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.
