Paul the lettings manager is fantastic. He paid me a visit and helped me propping up a heavy bad against a wall which I could not do in my own. He also came after hours to the aid of my tenant who had broken her key whilst unlocking the entrance and lent her his copy after removing the piece from the lock. When there was a problem with heating he tried to go over and help sort it out. No manager has done any if these in the past. It helped a lot giving me peace of mind that the property was in good hands

I reached out to several property agents to rent a flat as an international student planning to stay in London for a year. Most agents did not respond, seemingly only interested in immediate tenants, as my move was still three months away. However, Hudsons' response was exceptional and very responsive. Although the first flat I requested to see in Islington was not to my liking, Victoria, the agent assisting me at the time, continued to provide excellent service when I contacted her to view another property in Fitzrovia a few days later.

Had the pleasure of closing a deal on a property with the help of Simon Bray and his agency. My husband and I are New Yorkers, and we were visiting London for a few days on the way home from vacationing in Spain.
