We had a terrible experience with Andrew Nowell, we were told our offer on a property was declined by the seller, however we don't believe him as we had a lovely viewing with the owner direct, so we contacted her and apparently the owner was told we no longer interest in the property and didn't make any offer. But luckily Andrew Nowell claimed he found the owner another buyer which offered lower for the property compare to us.
I am not sure there is any conduct or code this estate agent should had follow, But no doubt our experience was extremely unprofessional, don't be fool by how long he had been in the area. I would not recommend Andrew Nowell to either seller or buyer.

My recent dealing with Andrew J Nowell & Company in respect of my late fathers property in Wilmslow have been overall a very easy experience. From first meeting Andrew at the house, his accurate, honest and caring manner put me at ease straight away. A few hiccups at the start, but the team were excellent, it was good to be kept informed of viewings and feedback after visits. A true star has to be Mr Greg Sandy, who went the extra mile to ensure a quick positive outcome!
