I just bought a house from Richard James. I am not a big fan of real estate agents, particularly when you are buying, but I can't praise Richard James enough about their professionalism, transparency and fairness when dealing with the sale of this property. Dealt personally with both Richard and James and they were both great to ensure a swift transaction, being fair, transparent, honest and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.
They were always very efficient and quick in answering and addressing all our questions and concerns. Their professionalism standards are top notch and my experience with them has been an absolute pleasure from the day the showed us the property to completion - completely different class to other agencies in the area. They were so nice that they sent us a welcome gift when we moved in! I have no doubt to use Richard James if & when we sell our property in the future and couldn't recommend them more highly!
