Kirby Colletti are a great local estate agents. There's nothing they don't know about Broxbourne and the surrounding areas. They sold our property on the first set of viewings and were professional, helpful and communicative throughout. If I wanted to buy or sell a house in the area I wouldn't use anyone else.

I can't rate Nino and Charlotte highly enough. Helpful and responsive all the way through my buying process and were even on hand after completion to advise and help on resolving a dispute with the former owner of my property. Will definitely use this agency again in the future and would recommend to others!

Having dealt with and used Kirby Colletti for a number of years now as a managed service for my rental property, they have been impeccable! As a private landlord you need a good agency to manage and take control, Kirby Colletti did exactly that. They were a pleasure to deal with (Sally, Charlotte, Leighann and Milo) and I would highly recommend there services.
