I went for the viewing where Ray via Prestell & Co (Dunmow) showed me around, his personally made the viewing fun but he also answered all my questions (he knows his stuff) I have just bought the property and the sale wouldn't of gone through without the help of both Paul and Ray. As I was a first time buyer I really didn't know the procedure. Paul let me know what I should be doing and kept me informed of the sellers position. On a lighter note what lovely people, professional but very friendly. Thank you Paul and Ray, if I need to sell at anytime I will definitely ask you to handle it.

I used Pestell & Co. to rent out a couple of my properties in the past 2 years and found them to be very professional and thorough in every aspect of procedure. Both properties were let in a short amount of time to tenants who were never any trouble during the stays. Any maintenance issues that arose were dealt with swiftly and with my consideration. I will continue to use Pestell & Co. in furture tenancies.
