I cannot recommend Paul Wallace enough. From the start when we had our first viewing with Peter Gold, my partner and I were very very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism he showed. Peter Adams then took over our case and I cannot thank him enough for the time and effort he put in to support us as buyers. With the property being 300 years old, it was inevitable that work needed doing and Peter pointed us in the right direction to find a Structural Engineer and Builder which we are very grateful for. Whenever anything needed discussing, it was always sorted efficiently and effectively. Thank you Paul Wallace!

Paul Wallace have been fantastic all the way through the process of us moving. Struck Gold! I had several agents round for valuations for my property but Peter Gold stood out a mile from the rest - just a friendly and honest approach. Obviously selling a property is a daunting experience but Peter took all my stresses away. He overvalued my property by 50k compared to other agents and actually achieved that price which is just amazing and to have a buyer within a week couldn't ask for better results. Peter Gold makes a promise to his words!
Always a phone call away even after completion of property. I would advise anyone to not waste any time calling any other estate agents and contact Paul Wallace Hoddesdon branch straight away - as the service you will receive is outstanding by the whole team including Joe and Peter Adams.

We used Paul Wallace for a latest house move, both the sale of our old house, and purchase of our new house. They were responsive and professional throughout the entire process. Joe handled our sale and purchase and was always available and helpful whenever we needed to speak to him. The conveyancing process took longer than we would have hoped (not due to Paul Wallace) and Joe was proactive and ready to do whatever he could to help move the process along as quickly as possible. I'd highly recommend Paul Wallace and would definitely use them again in the future.
