Absolutely delighted with my experience with Ashtons, especially Alex, who was extremely patient and kind throughout the entire experience. As a first time buyer I was completely overwhelmed with many aspects of the buying process and Alex was always very quick with his responses to my many many questions. Disappointed with a property I bought from Ashtons St Albans. I was the easiest and quickest buyer they can have, but upon moving in, their seller left the property in a disgusting state. I asked for their help about loads of rubbish in the filthy house. Sales Coordinator Louise Walker and Claudia Reynolds from their office even have no courtesy to return my calls or reply to my emails. They failed to contact the seller directly to leave the property in an acceptable condition or try to resolve the situation. I am a disappointed and unhappy buyer of Ashtons St Albans.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Ashtons St Albans in securing a property to rent under time pressure. Sandy was our contact and we could not have asked for anyone more helpful, responsive, and pleasant to work with. The process was extremely efficient and took less than a week from offer to signing which we really appreciated. The team (Louise Walker in particular) has been very friendly, quick to answer any (even most silly) questions and always ready to support. We recently purchased our first home through Ashtons and cannot recommend them more! We benefited from first class service throughout the entire process. Jennie (at the St Albans branch) was absolutely brilliant when we put the offer in, she was incredibly reassuring which was greatly appreciated as first time buyers. Louise (our Sales Progressor) was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process and made sure that we were informed and kept up to date at each stage.
She improved the whole process with her professional and compassionate approach. I honestly couldn't rate her highly enough, we're immensely grateful for her support. Strongly recommend Ashtons, especially for first time buyers!
