I have rented a property with Leonards for 11 years and have always found them professional and responsive to any issue I raise. Had an emergency this Christmas day with the plumbing and had water all over the downstairs floor. After a quick call to Leonards (at 8pm on XMAS EVENING!) the team sprung into action and I had a plumber round in an hour! First rate service of the highest order and a special mention to Linda for being a superhero. Thank you to all the team for saving my Christmas.

Have recently bought my house through Leonards and have found them to be fantastic, in particular Sue. She was tenacious but honest and fair throughout. If i ever sell a house again Sue will be the perosn to sell it for me. Couldn't recommend her highly enough.

I used Leonards a few years back now to maintain my property I was letting out at the time. Awful service to myself, great for my tenant- promised the tenant the world which ended up me being over charged for poor workmanship for jobs that quite frankly didn't need doing and could have been done for a few quid. I was charge 65 to replace a back gate lock, ridiculous but they did this without asking first then charged me. As I wasn't local at the time I put my trust in them which really backfired. I don't recommend them at all.
