Hi, I'm Mike, I began this business in my back bedroom in 1992, and I never imagined that 30 years later MRC would become one of the largest and most respected Sales and Letting Agents in the area.

Unable between February and August to find new student tenants for our large 8 bed house in Hull, we approached MRC for help. Their response has been excellent. Within the short space of 2 months the MRC staff have been extremely helpful, professional and effective - removing all the stress from us and managing the journey from advising us on marketing the property, finding and 'persuading' suitable tenants of the property's potential, drawing up contracts, managing contractors to complete the minor repairs needed and preparing a detailed inventory prior to the tenants occupying the house. In the beginning, Jo and Danielle were brilliant in keeping us informed by phone and email during every step of the marketing process. Their knowledge of the local market and their assessment of our possible outcomes proved very accurate, and we are very pleased that we followed their very helpful and friendly advice. Russ Flanaghan was an enormous help to us on site, working very closely with us to identify areas that would benefit from improvement and he managed contractors into the property at a moment's notice to rectify any issues that cropped up. He listened carefully to Tenant comments and communicated them to us very quickly and efficiently together with speedy contractor quotes to ensure that these tenant priorities were addressed quickly by us in order to help secure the Tenancy. Thank you also for a very thorough Inventory with lots of photographic evidence. We now have a signed contract and tenants who will hopefully find themselves well looked after by MRC. We feel we know and trust the MRC staff well already. Any call from us to Russ or the MRC staff in the office has been answered without fail and without delay during the whole process with office staff helping us to resolve any query we had. We have confidence that MRC will manage the property on our behalf with care and professionalism and we look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship. Thank you everyone at MRC!
