Nothing too much trouble. Neil and Cheryl always answered e mails an calls. Very helpful advice and suggestions eminating from solid experience. With us till sold and all the way to completion. We're moving to the south coast so unless they open a branch there will not be able to use them in the future great shame! Would unhesitatingly recommend and don't forget unlike William H Brown, Whittackers and the like a privately owned firm not a set of franchisees who dont know what they are doing!

Exemplary service from Neil and his team, their market knowledge for the area is second to none. 4 viewings and offers before the property was officially online. Excellent communication throughout the sale to final completion. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again.

We had quotes from a few different estate agents, Neil Kaye's wasn't the cheapest quote we had, but definitely worth the money spent. Brilliant company to deal with, property was up for a week before it sold. Then lockdown happened which put everything on hold, but Neil Kaye's kept us up to date every step of the way. Very professional, friendly and made the experience very easy.
