My own experience was that Julie and Brooke have both been helpful in assisting us with our find a property for rent. I did read through the reviews and it did raise some concerns to how would I be handled. Brooke took the utmost care in her line of questioning, whilst it may appear intrusive, it's the end goal and her handling of the matter was correct as she better directed the viewing to a property we would like and overall everyone's time was saved in finding exactly what it was we would like in a property.

Some estate agencies can be pushy, this was not the case, in the end it's always going to be your choice.
