Ian was fantastic throughout purchase. Really communicative and helpful, always being on-hand to listen and advise and push when required. Kept a very level head during what was a drawn out and stressful chain and we felt he was genuinely on our side, as well as his clients. I have several apartments in High Wycombe which I rent to tenants and have tried almost all the other Estate Agents in town. Wye Residential are by far the most reliable and professional. I have moved almost all my apartments to be managed by Lisa and her team. I find Lisa and Freya easy to deal with and very competent in all aspects of renting. They are professional and quick, and offer their true thoughts and expert opinions. I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

I would highly recommend Robert Mackay. He was so helpful toward my purchase by keep chasing up with the seller solicitor. He helped me to make the transaction as less stressful as possible.
