Just wondering why on earth you think it's acceptable to allow raw sewage not only to lay stagnant, but also allow it to overflow into the carpark at 61 Walton Street. It's disgusting, it stinks there's now flies everywhere. It could potentially become a legionnaire hot spot, not to mention the damp mold and building damage. Baby's and children live here, as well as people who have breathing difficulties. Outstanding lack of competence, both from those who "inspected" it and those said it's not sewage or a problem.
Have you smelt it? What about the owners, are you going to give them compensation for the damp issues that'll ensue. The unsellable/untenable flats that you'll happily claim money for managing, will that stop? Environmental health, our MP and councillors will now be contacted. You've been given enough time to sort it. It's now time we escalate it. Thanks Here's some photos for your pleasure.

Neil Douglas took over the management of our block in 2012 and we have been very happy with the service provided by the company and Anton Antonov, our Property Manager. This encompasses both the day-to-day aspects of managing the block and the various projects we have undertaken over the years.
