We received a professional, efficient service from David Doyle from the outset. We found a property through them, offered and it was happily accepted. They kept in touch with us throughout the whole process from offer to completion (we heard from them more than we heard from the Solicitor!). Thank you to Charlotte for the regular emails requesting an update, your sunny outlook made our day! If we ever sell or buy in the future, David Doyle will be our go to Agent.

We have received very professional and strong support throughout the whole buying experience. Being a first time buyer, I have received timely responses on any questions related to offer stage, and accompanied with a dedicated Sales representative to help us keep track of the progress with the seller side. On the completion date, things were very smooth and we got email and call confirmation from the team! When I had my own property on sale with them, someone tried to get into my place in the middle of the night. When confronting them about it (as they had my keys) they only came back to me when I mentioned the police and then had conflicting information. I bought my new property and they had it on with David Doyle which did almost put me off buying it. When people buy a new house, I have seen Flaggs, Brown and Merry and Clemente (to name a few) give the keys with a nice gift. David Doyle just have an envelope with illegible scribble on it. It was just an unexciting and disheartening experience with them. I wasn't going to post this but got asked twice to write a review so there you go.

I was going to write a piece on how good I found Magdalena, however I can see from previous reviews that my opinion is not on its own. Therefore I would like to reiterate that even though Doyles was not my estate agent - through out the whole process Magdalena was the only one in our chain who constantly chased and kept me up to date with worth while information.
