Clarets were a great estate agent to work with. They were professional, friendly throughout the process and were very proactive once they secured a buyer for us. A few problems with them: - Bad at communication; we had to chase them a lot for contracts, etc. - They left heating on in our property after viewings. - They gave little notice before viewings. - The women that showed us around the property we rented from them had not been there before and was clearly clueless about it. - They need to modernise the way they work; ie allow contracts to be signed remotely. I would not rent through them again.
