Horrible 12 months. Had multiple issues during the tenancy. The agency was slow to respond and difficult to deal with. After a year, contract finished but we remained in the property because they said they would not raise the rent (have this written on an email). They lied, 3 months later they raised the rent. When we tried to negotiate we were directly kicked out of the place. After this experience I now understand the value of having a good landlord and agency. Also, do not rely on the prices they show on their website for "let agreed" properties, as they are fake and inflated

My move in was very smooth. Very happy with the service as the agent was very professional. Its as easy as pay the deposit and pass reference, then collect keys from the office. Seeing the negative reviews honestly doesn't make sense.

Don't read the most recent fake reviews (all within the last week conveniently!) These people are the biggest cowboys I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Took over a month to do a simple return on a holding deposit and every person I spoke to in that time had no clue what they were doing! Honestly, every single poor review I have read on this company I fully believe after my experience.

Customer service is non existent. Very quick to take your money initially and then they don't want to know Stay well clear of this company! Even if you have to pay a little extra it will save you the biggest headache

As I am reading all the reviews I am honestly surprised, I have been renting a property for 7 years and never ever had any issues. Agents were really helpful throughout these years, always fast response for any email i have sent to them. Had plumber coming couple times, also thanks for sorting this out. we ate leaving so many memories here.

Always up to their promise and very good value for your price. A personal touch to your extra needs and looking out for ways to make you comfortable in all your desired needs until you feel at home. The responsive customer service is always a few clicks away, which compliments the whole establishment in a courteous manner.

The estate agent arrived at the viewing on time and was helpful. However, when I moved into the property, it was not ready and there have been lots of things that need fixing. They never reply to my emails and make no effort to keep me in the loop with repairs and when workers will enter my property. If the property was not going to be ready, they should have allowed me to start a contract at a later date like I offered. They very rarely have any answers to my questions about the property. Overall, a poorly run show. Disappointing for myself and I am sure the landlord as well.
