Recently sold two houses with Robertson Phillips. Very decent competitive rates. Agents are efficient without being too pushy.this aspect very much appealed to me. Let's face it. decent houses sell themselves - you just need someone to provide the contacts and the outlet. Recommended

We have just sold our house through Robertson Phillips, Hatch End and have absolutely no hesitation in giving a maximum rating for the team there. Their expertise and knowledge of the buying/selling process and other related matters were essential in helping the sale go through as smoothly and as successfully as it did - proving how important it is to use a proper 'High Street' estate agent.

Their contact with other agents in the chain, and the various solicitors confirmed this. Their initial valuation turned out to be accurate, and their commission was competitive. They dealt with us in a professional and friendly manner, always on hand to answer any questions we had, and kept us in the picture with developments. We were tenants for a year and (although the landlord 'managed' the property) found them constructive and helpful throughout, from the initial enquiry to the return of the deposit.

I had the worst experience with this agency, specially with the negotiator Harriet, which is not very communicative person, but in the job that she's having she has to communicate. I had to message her all the time. I made an offer to rent a property but I asked if it can be painted before i move in, i didn't ask for too much. She told me that the landlady cannot accept the offer just yet because she doesn't know how much does it cost for the house to be painted and that I need to wait until she gets quotes.

I waited, but Harriet never messaged me again, so I had to message her for an update, then she replied that the property is not available anymore because the landlady wants to rent it to a family member of hers, all this after I sent them all my details and my family details. Very unprofessional. I have wasted my time with them. Only 4 weeks left until I'll find a home for me and my family. I'll definitely go to other agencies and I'll always avoid Robertson Phillips and their unprofessional staff and landlords.

Communication is solid and Craig made the process as hassle-free as possible, always making time for our questions and requests throughout. Robertson Phillips have been extremely professional and efficient throughout the process of letting my property. Danny took excellent photographs of my property and marketed it quickly which resulted in early and frequent interest. In total I had 10 viewings and 5 offers which meant having a choice of tenants which was great all dealt with by Harriet.
