The estate agents from Gibbs, especially Thomas and Tom, at the Pinner office helped us all the way from viewings to exchange of contracts for our house purchase and they have been a pleasure to work with! Horrible behaviour from this agency and these people. I was 30 mins late for my viewing, had emailed in advance, didn't get any reply from them. I was told that there are back to back viewings for the day and there is only one slot available so I assumed that the agent is busy. I drove 1.5 hours to be there, once at the door, no one was there, no one was picking the call at their office either.
Someone picked once and disconnected immediately. I used my partner's phone to call, they picked up in one go. When I spoke to the person on call and told her all this, she was literally screaming at me for being late and for not informing via call. These people are rude and have very well managed to destroy my mood and my day. Never getting in touch with them again.

I would like to start thanking the entire Sales team whom I dealt with.(Tom, Tomas and Danny). Everyone of them are very professional and very approachable. However the person who stands out in my entire House Purchase experience was Dareen Maroun. She is the Move Manager who comes into picture once the sale has been agreed. I must admit, she deserves every alphabet from the title MOVE MANAGER.
She is very patient, calm, composed, motivated and very organised. I can confidently say that if it wasn't Dareen I would have probably cancelled my purchase mid way (not because of Sellers or Gibbs but because of other external factors which influenced my thoughts). A sincere and heartfelt thanks to Dareen and of course entire team for giving me an amazing experience. Good Luck and I strongly recommend Gibbs Pinner Team to everyone.

I have very recently used Gibbs Gillespie to buy my flat in Pinner. I mainly dealt with Danny whom I found very friendly, professional, responsive and accomodating. Nothing was too much trouble. We recently sold our house through Gibbs in Pinner and had a very smooth and efficient experience. Adam in particular was key in all this as he understood and circumvented challenges of selling a home with two young children. Viewings were arranged to suit us around childcare and block booked. We were kept informed of updates throughout the process.
And advised with our best interests in mind when one issue with the house was presented. All in all can't recommend them and him enough. He really took care of us and made the process seem easy and stress free!

Adam Salem and his team were a pleasure to deal with. They organised several viewings quickly, and an offer was obtained swiftly. Throughout the entire process they have been easy to reach, provided regular updates on the progress of the sale, and provided helpful communication between the buyer and their solicitors.
