These people send out white envelope mail outs addressed to THE HOMEOWNER. AALL official and important looking. So you tear it open, worry in your heart and it's a "would you like a free valuation?" card. Last time, I called them and asked them to remove me from their marketing. They didn't. So I am returning it in person today. I won't use them, ever.

We were given details from a relative who Sammy had just sold a house for. We were told to look nowhere else. and how right they were. Sammy found a buyer for our house within 2 days of her taking over the sale. She was up front, easy to get hold of and so pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend over and over! Recently sold our 3-bed-semi with Benjamin Stevens and so glad I did. I wanted to do it privately but my wife convinced me otherwise. Scott, Joe, Jackie and the team sorted out all the viewings (lots of them) very quickly and efficiently and were always on hand when we needed them, guiding us through the process. A pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I can't speak highly enough of Joe and the team at Benjamin Stevens, Bushey. They were all extremely helpful, friendly and efficient throughout the whole process. Joe, Jackie and Scott were all involved at certain points in the process of the sale of our house. They made sure we were kept informed at every step of the way, and even when our first buyer dropped out, they found us another buyer within 2 weeks, meaning we didn't lose the dream house we had set our hopes on buying! And when things got really pressurised near to the end of the process Jackie and Joe kept everything on track, and kept me sane! I'd like to say a massive thank you to the whole team.
