I would give negative stars if I could. Avoid avoid avoid. Accuses people of making noise without providing the evidence to back it, and when you confront them about it, they won't speak to you. Avoid them. They're the fakest and dodgiest people you'll meet. EDIT TO OWNER: You didn't just approach us though did you? You posted a threatening letter through our door, accusing us of making an outrageous level of noise and then when we tried to communicate back to you at your office in Brentford, Simon cowardly hid behind the office!

You are all ridiculous! The most hilarious thing is that we along with our neighbour who was sending in the complaints, recently found out the noise wasn't coming from our flat anyway! This is why you should've checked for evidence of the noise first rather than jumping the gun and hand delivering such a threatening letter when in reality you can't do anything anyway!

Simon from Quilliam helped me not just to find a lovely flat but with every step on the way. He has really gone the extra mile and I couldn't ask for more. Everyone else in the office has helped to make sure the rental process is done quick and smooth. I can recommend their service.

As a concierge @Brentford lock / Heron view - Simon and quilliam estate agent are the best in the area - way proactively assist customers finding homes to buy / rent, I have seen them go extra and prep stuff before hand and look after residence and very organised which in turn helps the customer stress free during moving. top stuff keep going may all have *blessed* year. all the best Mr Berry

They are kind and professional like family, and quickly helped me find a great house, from showing me the house to the follow-up application for bills. The agency, in particular Simon and Maria, have been extremely helpful. I am very satisfied with their professionalism and hard work. Both have been so polite and I felt that my questions and concerns have been dealt with exceptionally.

I can highly recommend Quilliam for both renting and selling. They rented my Brentford houseboat on and off for 7 years, and of all the (many) estate agents were always the one to find a tenant. I have just now sold my houseboat with Quilliam - I had her on the market with 3 agents, including a houseboat specialist - and yet again Quilliam were the ones to secure multiple viewings, offers, and the correct buyer.

They go the extra mile - always communicating honestly, regularly, and transparently - and adding personal and professional touches throughout the selling process (Jessica brought decorations from her own home to ensure the boat looked photo ready!) I recently sold my property with Quilliam and Jessica did a fantastic job from start to end. There were numerous buyers that fell through, but Jessica remained committed in getting the right buyer and ensuring the sale went through smoothly and without fuss. She's a testament to the team and it was a pleasure dealing with her.

From the first phone call the Quilliam team have been the most helpful & nicest agency to rent with.
