We are a group of 10 leaseholders who were extending our leases at the same time. Although we chose to hire another company to represent us we would highly recommend Sneller Commercial Surveyors when it comes to their professionalism. Mrs. Chhaya Pankhania was very helpful and responsive with her correspondence. She provided all the information we asked and needed in order to make our decision. The fees were very competitive. Sneller Commercial assisted during a turbulent time with outgoing Tenants. A thorough undertaking of Dilapidations resulted in thousands of pounds of work that the Lease required by outgoing Tenants. Constant communication coupled with refreshingly energetic 'can do' attitude made it a pleasure to deal with Snellers.
