Simply the Best Estate Agency!
Weve just moved out after renting through Parkgate Estates Richmond, and honestly, theyve been the best agency weve ever dealt with. From day one, everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant, which is rare to say when it comes to renting.
A huge special mention goes to Susie, who is absolutely amazing. Shes been incredibly responsive, kind, and always went out of her way to help with anything we needed. Every request or question we had was sorted quickly and with care, and she always made us feel supported and valued. Communication with her (and the whole team!) was always easy and friendly. You always hear about issues between tenants and landlords, but with Parkgate Estates Agents Richmond, we never had any of that. They handled everything so well and made the whole experience stress-free from start to finish.
We honestly couldnt recommend them more. If youre looking to rent or buy in Richmond, Parkgate Estates Agents Richmond are the people you want to deal with. Theyve set the bar incredibly high :)

We had enjoyed many dealings with Parkgate in the past and so when it came to selling the two bedroom flat we had inherited and rented out through them we were confident that they would do a good job.
Our confidence was amply rewarded. Despite facing a sluggish market the Parkgate team were quick to arrange viewings and proactive in making marketing suggestions securing us our eventual buyer without undue hassle.
We say team because although obviously some members - notably Klaudia and Marc - were more closely involved than others on this occasion, one of the pleasures of dealing with this agency is that all the personnel are up to speed with whats going on and share their skills and expertise. Theyre a team outfit where everyone pulls together.
We were also particularly impressed by the close attention paid to liaison with our solicitor and with the buyer, making the process as smooth as it could be.
Selling property is never a relaxing experience but Parkgates continual reassurance and professional hand-holding from commencement to successful outcome was very welcome and really appreciated.

Previously renting out with them for 5 years and finding them very professional and trustworthy, on this ocassion we decided to sell the property with them and that was a very, very good decision.
