A big thank you to Steph Taylor in the Gloucester admin centre for the Property Centre and the team in the Stroud branch. Steph was professional, caring and went out of her way to get our sale and purchase over the line. It could have been a much more stressful situation and there were a couple of times when things could easily have gone wrong or even collapsed but you did your best to turn it around and to stay on top of the various components of the sale that were in motion. There were times I was preparing for things to go wrong and you didn't let them. Thank you for your help and kindness

Mia was amazing throughout our house sale. She went over and above what was required and helped things move along smoothly. At one point it seemed that everyone in the chain wanted different things and couldn't agree on a completion date. Mia navigated this all so well and ensured we were all happy and informed, I'm not sure how but she did. She kept me notified all the way and sorted out any queries promptly and thoroughly. Thank you Mia, you made what could be a stressful time easy. Much appreciated!. I will not hesitate to use you again should the need arise or recommend you!
