Not what I expected as I generally dislike estate agents as thier normally dishonest and only helpful when they are about to take your money but found Phillips & stubbs to be an exception! Really friendly and kept us informed and up to date every step of the way

Simply amazing! I cannot recommend Ed and his team highly enough. When I was looking to relocate to Rye they were so very helpful, professional and on the ball. Ed in particular took great care and attention to ensure we found the perfect property. I wouldnt look at using another agent.

Completely unprofessional and not informed regarding the law and the right of the people. They use to put odd clauses in they agreement so read carefully before than sign something. Waiting my deposit back from a month now and they don't reply to my email or release the deposit even if the landlord asked them to do. Be aware if you have to deal with Mr E.Gailey, probably the disgrace of this company!

Highly recommended.professional and go the extra mile for their clients. Larissa Faithfull in the letting department is a delight to deal with as indeed are the rest of the team. Modern service but old fashioned values a rare thing to find in many similar businesses today!

I bought my first house through Phillips and Stubbs and I have to say that the service they provided was excellent. I experienced some difficulties with the seller and Kim and the rest of the team were supportive and provided excellent advice and helped me to buy the house I really wanted to buy. I would highly recommend using them.
