Based upon my experience of selling through John Bray I can, without any reservation, recommend them. A local agency with a great deal of local knowledge and that shows. The agency not only cares about selling your property but that of the relationship it has with its clients. Very professional, supportive, friendly and trustworthy. They will try to obtain the best price without giving an over optimist valuation (unlike some agencies).
Their marketing was well prepared, viewings were carried out in a professional but friendly manner and the followup services, after we had obtained an offer, were exemplary. Communication at all times was excellent. I would not hesitate to use them again.
