William is an Angel! As first time buyers, we didn't have a lot of knowledge on the buying process and I don't think we could've done it without William. Nothing was ever too much to ask, responses to emails were almost immediate every time, great with providing updates the second he had anything to report. I have been praising him to our solicitor throughout! The other agents were also great with assisting when William wasn't available, really friendly too. We would of course recommend New Foundations and will be back in touch when the time comes to sell and buy somewhere new! Thank you so much.

We brought a property through New foundations and I can't recommend them enough, we had William helping us through the process and it seemed nothing was to much trouble for him, and sometimes we were a pain! I honestly don't think I could of survived this sale process without the help from Will. He has been absolutely fantastic with assisting me through the process. As a first time buyer I went into this without any knowledge and he has been there to support me and answer everything I have needed. Nathan is also fab! He has covered Will if he has been off and also completed our first viewing - another great estate agent who goes above and beyond to assist. From start to finish I have been impressed with this agency. They have provided an oustanding, proactive, efficient service. They truly go the extra mile. My property was sold within days for the full asking price, despite being on the market with another local agent for months who got offers of 50k below this. They took all the stress out of the process, contacting solicitors, keeping me informed at every step of the way. I am truly grateful to the the team, they should be extremely proud of the exemplary service they provide.
