I would give them zero stars if I could. When I moved in my room definitely wasn't professionally cleaned as they claimed, and they didn't do the inspection until I already lived there for good two months. They also refused to deal with my flatmate's increasingly worrying antisocial behaviour, and are trying to charge us 'move out' fees. Despite my several emails they fail to inform me when we have viewings, so I'm never too sure when there will be strangers walking around the house.
Not to mention after the last viewings they left our front door unlocked, and they tell potential new tenants all furniture is staying, which is not true since we bought quite a few pieces of equipment and we are taking them with us. Absolute shambles of an agency, I have no idea how they stay in business but I will never rent anything through them again, it is not worth the hassle.

Marta has been really great when showing us a property for rent. She was always quick with her responses when contacting her, and answered all our questions. Very professional. We felt safe when doing a viewing during a pandemic. Would recommend!
