Jackson Stops was the fourth estate agent we contacted about the sale of our 4 bedroom detached house. We were advised to put a guide price higher than the other agents had suggested, and within less than a fortnight we achieved a sale 2K higher than this. Before he first came, Nick had clearly done all the research on the local market, and we quickly felt safe under the guidance of someone with considerable experience and knowledge.
Everyone we dealt with at Jackson Stops was helpful, not a weak link anywhere, each individual working as part of a close-knit, efficient team. We followed their advice on solicitors and removals companies, and the three organisations made the selling of our house as painless as it could have been.
