Very friendly and professional agency. Omar Chowdhary showed me round several houses and demonstrated great expertise. The agent was very helpful at first and seems genuine. Then it went downhill after we signed the tenancy agreement. We were told property was deep cleaned but this had not been carried out. Some furniture was not removed although they confirmed that they would. The most shocking thing was that somone entered the property without our permission or any knowledge. Later on we found out it was the Landlord's son which the Agency was aware off and did not mention. We are in the process of making a formal complaint.

I and my mother got support from their senior branch manager Simon, he was superb! Supported us all the way and linked us to the right people. Communication was fast, easy and clear. Haart estate and lettings agents are impressive. Josh was quite helpful and attaining while we looked for our rented property. He was honest and responsive throughout the process, put an honest effort to make things happen. Maya, Neil were also supportive and I've received full co-operation from them. Will recommend this agency to anyone looking for a property in and around Wembley. Keep up the good work.
