I have recently sold my house with Heywoods. Chelsey came to see me, and I explained that I was looking for a quick sale. Chelsey gave me great advice and took photos on the initial visit which was tuesday lunch time. The house was on the market at 9am the next day and by 11:30am I had received my first offer at asking price! Throughout the whole process Chelsey was easily contactable and answered all my questions. Very happy with the service! 5 shiny stars out of 5!

After a prearranged viewing of a property the agent did not turn up and were not contactable. An email complaint eventually had someone respond, but with no solution. Upon enquiring about something else there has been no contact from an agent. Buying, or selling I do not recommend. EDIT. 29.3.22 I gave them another go after searching for a property. I went through an online enquiry form and I never got a reply. I am wondering if they have any interest in selling.

As a new landlord I couldn't more happy with the service I've had from Heywoods. I was apprehensive as this is all very new to me, however Lottie was able to provide the time to give me all the information I needed and was able to answer all of the questions I had to put my mind at ease. The turn around from our initial meeting to the property having viewings has be so efficient. Both Lottie and Charlotte (who came to take the images of the house) have been both so professional and positive. I'd highly recommend Heywoods as an agency if your looking to let out a property.
