Level Headed, knowledgible, dedicated, profesionalism. We chose to use Jamie at BW having considered other agents operating in Hackney. Critical: Professionalism, Quality They take bookings without having the landlord in the loop and then cancel them at the last minute with a shoddy excuse. Sam was particularly unhelpful, rude and took no accountability.

Well we all know how stressful it can be trying to sell up and move on. But from the get go Jamie and the team at Bennett Walden of Hackney really helped make the whole process as smooth as can be. Initially unsure if we were even selling up Jamie was able to explain the prevailing market and handling of the process to suit our needs. We were reassured by both his extensive knowledge of the market but also his excellent understanding of the house we were selling and it's appeal. Calm and confident handling of the various interactions - buyers, solicitors, other agents in the chain - took away a lot of the stress from us. The whole team with the feeling he had our best interests at heart, ensuring we made the sale. I can't recommend him and the team enough for anyone selling up in the area. Jonny
