Property Matters have been our agents for more than 4 years now. Mo, Ben and Clive are great -- really made life easy when we moved to the Docklands for the first time. As newcomers from a foreign country, we had loads of questions about the process, fees etc., and the guys sorted us out with everything. Took us a couple of months to get used to their style of functioning, but couldn't be happier now :

I have used Property matters since the last century, first as managing agents at properties I owned and more recently as a sales agent and as letting agents. I really wish I had used them before for my lettings as Ben has been brilliant in looking after properties for me. Clive & Mo with management & sales have always been most competent and very obliging. A clear cut above their competitors, not to mention you can park right outside too!

I have really great experience with Property Matters. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Ben does exactly what you wish your agent should do. He replies to messages almost instantly and really helps to solve issues very quickly. Also, the way Ben found the property for us was special and exceptional, we were treated with priority and thanks to him we had a chance to see attractive property as first viewers. Additionally Ben handled with landlord replacement of old household in the kitchen to brand new: fridge, oven, dishwasher. Honestly this agency is superb.

If you want excellent customer service from professional approachable people then use these guys. Ben really restored our faith that had been worn away over the last 5 years dealing with various other estate agents. He was so courteous and knowledgable, guiding us through the whole process, advising us when needed, making it as smooth as possible with NO hard sell tactics - absolutely brilliant and refreshing.
Do not bother with other agents as you will only be missing out on being treated with such respect and professionalism. We were renting but if we had a house to let in this area I would choose them in a heartbeat to rent it out as they are so professional you would know the property would be looked after.
