We live next door to a property managed by John Barclay. They have taken such poor care of the building that it has caused damp and other problems for us. Yesterday they turned off the water at OUR house, while fixing a problem at theirs. They left us without water for hours and went home without turning it back on. When I called, the agent told me "I'm at home with my family now, you're lucky I took your call". Sorry to inconvenience you with a phone call - you left 4 flats unable to even flush their toilet.
