They kept me up to speed every step of the way through the entire process. Never a wait to speak with them (even out of hours) or get an email in reply. For a nervous seller, this was ideal. To hear their friendly voice on the phone when nerves were jangling was the perfect tonic. Julia and Chrissie always found a way to untangle a problem and reassure me that "we will get there!" And we did.

York Estates put the P in Personal service. I have been a customer of York Estates for a number of years and they looking after their customers like family. They deliver a tailored and personal service that does not end with the signing of the contract. They look after you through every step and continue well after. Fantastic Estate agent. Not only did George and the team help me secure a flat, but they have by helpful for the 3 years ive lived in the flat. The team is extremely, friendly and helpful.
