We are Hellas-Helvetia, an independent family-owned estate agency that has operated continuously since our establishment in 1971. Our team brings over half a century of specialised experience in residential property across Bayswater, Notting Hill, Holland Park, St John's Wood, Maida Vale, Kensington and adjacent London neighbourhoods. We provide end-to-end services for buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, supported by an established base of local and international clients who have trusted us for many years. Our professional standards are underpinned by membership of the National Association of Estate Agents, the Association of Residential Letting Agents, the Ombudsman for Estate Agents and the London Rental Standard. We hold full membership of the Propertymark client money protection scheme to safeguard all client funds held in our dedicated Clients Account. For landlord clients, we manage every aspect of tenancy administration, from tenancy agreement preparation and legally required deposit registration to rent collection, arrears pursuit and tenancy renewals.
We ensure all managed properties meet mandatory safety requirements, including gas and electrical safety checks and certification, and coordinate all maintenance and repairs efficiently. For tenant clients, we carry out a full property inventory prior to move-in and protect all tenancy deposits with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to provide full financial transparency. We leverage our extensive network of partner agents to source properties across London or market client properties widely at no extra cost to the client. Property Sales

Letting Only Service
Our letting only service finds suitable tenants for landlord properties, completes full referencing and prepares legally compliant Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements. We collect security deposits and first months rent, deduct our commission fees and remit the remaining funds directly to the landlord. The landlord retains full responsibility for all property management duties for the duration of the tenancy.

Our letting and property management service delivers a high-quality, personalised offering for landlord clients, built on over 50 years of industry experience. We handle all landlord responsibilities including tenancy preparation, deposit registration, rent collection, arrears pursuit and tenancy renewals. TERRIBLE! Do not go here, do not even call! I just called to ask about a flat. treated me very rudely and disrespectfully as a woman. I was shocked. He threatened me. I said I could make a one-year payment in advance for this flat also I said I have my own Ltd company. He mocked me and said he didn't believe I had my company. It's interesting how he don't believe because of my voice. I will send my documents before contracting the flat at finish anyway.
What right does he have to say I don't believe you? he also lied while giving information about the flat that the flat was kept. While we are on phone I had a friend with me and he told me something. The guy (owner agency) said that he wanted to have a video chat with that person and that he would call immediately. I am really surprised at such disrespectful behavior. This is never a professional real estate company.
After reading the comments, I saw that other people were experiencing the same thing. He said that competitor companies wrote to them in reply, but they are lying. landlords do not give your flat here.

I rented a cozy flat for a year with Hellas Helvetia. The estate agents were kind, helpful and always made sure that the flat was up to date with regard to safety standards and refurbishment. I can only recommend!

AWESOME agency! I came across Hellas-Helvetia by chance three years ago and I always felt lucky to have them manage the flat I was renting. They have proved to be a truly exceptional estate agent - professional, straightforward, very attentive to the tenant while at the same time really friendly and approachable. During the three years of interacting with them I had only positive experiences. Anything that required attention in the flat was dealt with immediately.
The deposit was returned in full and very promptly. To sum it up in one sentence - great service from the start to the end of the renting process! I had the pleasure to deal with Hellas Helvetia for years and I must say they are wonderful. The whole team is very friendly, professional and really helpful. Any time there was an issue in the flat it was fixed within the day. Great service and very reliable, I would highly recommend them.
