Matthew James sold my flat in March and the service they provided was second to none. The online listing showed it in the best possible light; the photographer did a brilliant job, even repositioning furniture to achieve the best results. The negotiators' level of experience and professionalism was apparent on several occasions and they took away the stress from what could have a been a stressful experience. Best in the area. And I interviewed multiple estate agents using the same brief as a leveller! For lack of a better word, they are not w*nky like the rest of them, they add the human touch, professional, understanding, efficient and helpful. I'm surprised they haven't grown into a London wide chain yet as I recommend for everyone to be their customer.
