We approached James Alexander as the executors of a probate property. At our very first meeting at the property, it was obvious that Ken brought a lifetime of experience dealing with the Norbury property market. Ken laid out our options openly in a clear and concise matter. It quickly became obvious that auction was the best course of action for our situation. Ken and his team guided us through the entire process and a successful sale at above our market value expectations quickly followed.

Not living locally anymore, James Alexander provided access to the property for clearance purposes which saved us several 6 hour round trips! Amazing service from professional, knowledgeable people who actually care. Thanks so much!

First of all Id like to thank Kelly for all of her hard work in helping me acquire my lovely flat. I've never been treated with such care and attention whilst acquiring a property to rent. The entire team are warm and professional, very refreshing in comparison to some for the agents i recently had to deal with whilst searching for a 1 bed.
