First of all the state agent they have done wonderful job, we rent flat from manors they were very helpful and property manger FAJER Ali any time we call here for help she is ready even sometime after her works hours she answer the telephone if we need reappear in the flat like emergency, sabah Ahmed

Alex Hebditch has been my main point of contact at Manors for the past several years and has provided me with nothing but superb service during that time. There have been several issues with tenants, and indeed Manors' own Finance department, over that time and on a number of occasions I had threatened to take my business elsewhere. However, in each instance, Alex has coolly taken control of the situation and used his professionalism and calm demeanor to diffuse matters and talk me around from severing my links. I cannot speak highly enough of him.

Manors have managed the letting of my Marylebone property for several years. Their service and support is consistently excellent, and I have never thought to move despite a myriad of letters from other Agents. During this latest tenancy transition, Fajer has given exceptional support in preparing my flat for its new tenant. She is committed, hard working and friendly. A great person to have on side.
The sales team were overwhelmed by a wave of potential tenants. Valentina, despite a number of offers which I rejected, persevered to find me a tenant that fitted the brief. Her professional approach in this was appreciated. Alex continues to lead this busy, professional team ably supported by the ever friendly and helpful Hannah and Polly. I cannot overstate how pleased we were with the superb service we received from Jenny Purchase at Manors in selling our flat and from the back up of Hannah and the rest of the team. Honestly we have not had the best experience of estate agents in the UK but this was absolutely exceptional. At all stages Jenny kept us fully informed, we were never left wondering what was happening. She was honest even if the news was not what we hoped for, she was respectful of everyone even when things were very trying and kept her cool and found a way through.
When there were problems, this was during lockdown, she went a lot further than the extra mile, offering to ferry documents for signature, being in touch with whoever was the roadblock at the time; if there was any problem she was onto it; she just put in so much work for us.
