I let my property through Space beginning last year during lockdown, prior to this I managed the property myself. While I had always struggled to find a tenant quickly, Space found a tenant within days. They dealt with the initial queries from my new tenant quickly with little required from me, and I haven't heard from him since. Very happy landlord!

Space Lettings have managed the letting of my St Albans apartment for over 15 years. The service I receive is always of the highest order and more importantly the amount of unoccupancy has been extremely minimal in that time. I am literally appalled by the way this was dealt with from begging to the end. Cutting long story short, a bunch of racist, prejudiced and incompetent staff. Disgusting. I kind of knew straight away, as soon as I went to view a flat, that the person on site was a racist and prejudiced human being. Plus so unprofessional, Laura is her name! Just avoid viewings with this human being. Stay away from these people completely, plenty other estate agents on the market. They will surely waste your time.

They were super helpful and patient when I had issues getting my old landlord to give me a reference. They let me carry on with the rental process/forms and were great at explaining anything I didn't understand. Definitely one of the best estate agents I've ever had to rent through, and their office is super easy to find. Would happily rent via them again!
