Base have been fantastic right from from start. The total opposite of our previous, absolutely horrendous "management" experience which amounted to money for nothing (and nightmare tenants), they are pro-active, transparent, honest, efficient, professional and friendly. Could not recommended more.

I had the best experience with them in 6 year of letting properties agents. When I moved in, there were some issues with the heating, and while they were finding a solution, brought temporary heaters. They are always there when you need them, quick email respond, efficient and caring. The return of the deposit was straight forward and without problems.

A very professional, no hassle approach to being agents. The process to renew the contract at the flat, as well as all maintenance issues have been professionally dealt with and I have had no issues whatsoever. This is very tough to find in London.
