I rent a house from this agent and I felt really nice! the manager is very professional and kindness. I got my full deposit back easily hahahahaha. I really love this agent and hope to rent house from them again!

I had one viewing with this estate agency, agent named Racha was very friendly and polite. After the viewing we arranged next day (Saturday) to see another property we said to meet a 15:00. Racha said it would be perfect for her and she works until 16:00. Me and my friend came early, i texted her to inform that we nearby. Exactly at 15:00 i tried to knock and use the door bell, but obviously no one was there, i tired to call to the agent but phone was unavailable, i have tried few times, and left one voice mail.

I have send massage to another phone number(which was provided with address of agency) to ask if someone will come to show us the property, also no one responded. Its very unprofessional and not respectful customer service, i would suggest to people avoid them, dont waste your time. Its my first review ever, because we just wasted our Saturday. Really horrible customer service

Highly professional outfit. Any issues (all relatively minor) have been sorted out quickly and efficiently. Out of office hours service also very good, and pretty unique from my experience of the London rental market.

Excellent service from Crestwell! From viewing date to move in date, all members of the team were attentive and very helpful. I could not recommend them more. I have had dealings with a few agencies in London and my experience with Crestwell has been by far the best.
