We have gotten to know staff at the Personal Agent during our search for our next home, and been impressed by their professionalism. Adam has been very helpful and at a viewing demonstrated he had taken the time to understand our needs and buying situation. Our young son has started pretending he is Morgan at home ('I'm Morgan, here is the master bedroom') which shows how much he (and we) enjoyed viewings Morgan gave! Chris has also given quick and prompt service. A great team.

Joe and the team at Personal Agent were absolutely first class during our recent move. It was a fairly complex move that was expertly navigated throughout. We were always kept abreast of any updates and someone was always at the end of phone to take our call and walk us through the latest developments. They made what is often a very stressful process, that little bit less stressful and ultimately got us the outcome we all wanted despite a number of challenges. Would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend The personal agent, and in particular Joe. We bought our house from them 5 years ago and they were a pleasure to deal with then, when it came to selling the property we were only ever going to sell with them. Both Joe and Morgan were very helpful throughout the process of finding our first home to buy. They were easily reachable by phone, communicated well with us by email and phone, notified us when a new property was on the market, arranged viewings with sometimes short notice and were very professional. We were very impressed with The Personal Agent, the key word being 'Personal'. Over the course of our viewings we got to know the team and as a result they got a real feel for the kind of property we were looking for. We dealt primarily with Joe who was very proactive in suggesting properties and very quick at replying to any questions. They were also very accommodating when in came to squeezing in viewings to suit our availability.
On a more general note, The Personal Agent had a strong presence in the areas we were interested in and seemed to have a relatively high turnover of properties with few coming back to the market. We'd like to thank Joe, Chris, Adam, Morgan, Sian and anyone else from the team not mentioned here for their help!
