Jan 2022 sale in Godalming; can't rate Joanne and team highly enough. We gave them late notice to go to market and they reacted instantly and found an over asking price buyer in two days. Offer to completion in 8 weeks, needless to say we were totally delighted. Thoroughly recommended.

We are extremely happy with our experience of selling our property through Burns & Webber (Godalming). We were encouraged to consider a higher value for our property than what we have expected, and it even went for well over that. Karl in particular worked really hard get us to exchange despite some serious issues at the bottom the chain, and at no point did I feel any need to chase or push for further action because I was kept up to date constantly.
We really couldn't have asked for more, and it's definitely the first time I don't feel resentful of the commission cost because they really earned it! We will absolutely sell with Burns & Webber again.

From the moment Charlie visited our house for a valuation we were impressed by Burns and Webber Godalming office. Their local knowledge is second to none and the whole team visited the house before it went on the market so they could talk about it to prospective buyers from a position of knowledge. Most impressive of all, was the fact that no matter who in the office you spoke to they knew what was going on and gave you a speedy response. Karl did a fantastic job of chasing solicitors and the buyer whenever there was an issue. All a great achievement during one of the busiest periods ever for estate agents. The house was sold quickly and the sale was remarkably stress free.
