Inspire Estate Agents and the wonderful team in Lettings have been managing the let of our residential property for the past 4 years. I wasn't actually selling a property with inspire, they were selling the property I was buying. However, Stephen Bushell helped me throughout. We had such a great experience with Vic the Estate Agent. We were viewing a house and Vic was simply awesome. Hands down the best estate agent we've met to date, very talkative, friendly and enthusiastic, had great knowledge and great presence and really sold the house to us. Unfortunately the same evening, a different house accepted our offer. But we felt compelled to leave Vic feedback on how awesome he is. I wasn't selling my property with Inspire, they were selling my buyers property so I was never their client directly. However, I dealt with Stephen to get updates on the chain below as, at the time I was struggling to get the correct updates I needed from my own estate agents. (We were buying a new build so time was of the essence and need to know exactly where the chain was) Stephen treated us like we were his own clients and I could not fault him for his understanding and determination to provide us updates and chase solicitors/clients when we needed. I would 100% recommend Stephen, if this is how he treats a 'non-client' then to be his own client I could imagine would be incredible. Stephen was an absolute superstar!
