Moving in 2021 definitely was a challenge, but dealing with Paige definitely made it easier! We had a very difficult purchase, but she really did go above and beyond and jump through the sellers hoops as best she could. 4 stars were given because- the manager at the time of the branch was beyond rude every time we spoke with him, and on the day of collecting our keys he made some very awful comments.
Also we were instructed to use lifetime legal through SM, which will cost you 700 more and LL served no purpose at all. We still needed a different conveyancer and solicitor so they were just an email go between with no authority. Look out for this as a year later LL will try and charge for a 'membership ' you never signed up for or needed.

Very disappointing with this company. They quietly sold the property the one i was interested without informing me even though i was in regular contact with them.i will never recommend this company and never go back to them.

They were not our selling agents for our property, we were buying from them they couldn't do enough for us, Jeremy at Maidstone office was brilliant did a lot to speed our sale on kept in contact with our solicitor
