Issue after issue, one sale fallen through with zero contact, incorrect information being passed on to buyers, constantly questioning. "What are we paying for?". If you'd like a stress free experience, I would advise against using Gareth L Edwards.

I would just like to say, that even though i didn't end up buying a property through Gareth Edwards Estate Agents, i found them incredibly professional in what they do. I would also like to mention how proactive they were, and i genuinely felt that they wanted to go out of their way to personally help me achieve my goal of owning a home. They were going out of their way to assist me, and were constantly looking for the right property to suit my needs. They were by far the best Estate Agent i had dealt with, throughout the whole process. Well done to Alison and the team.

Well what can I say! Poor service turning Up late for viewings even forgetting! Then if you pull out of buying a property with them wow good luck getting another viewing with them! Blocking you conveniently forgetting that you had appointment and the reason being taken our names down wrong! So they say it's laughable really! So 1 star is far more than they deserve but have to leave a star.
