I have worked with Bensons in three capacities: First of all as a purchaser of a property, secondly as a landlord, and thirdly as a vendor. They are a wonderful pleasure to deal with in every capacity. When I was letting a flat they were really good both at finding excellent tenants, and also in handling issues such as maintenance and dealing with the management company. And when it came to selling they found a serious buyer and ensured all the transaction went smoothly and to time. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years but Bensons are far and away the best, and I would definitely use them again.
